If you have an image or graphic to submit along with your event or announcement, please send those as an attachment directly to communications@foresthills.org.

 

Deadlines:

  • Newsletter and E-News - Events and announcements must be submitted by the 10th of each month for the newsletter coming out on the 15th, and by the 25th of each month for the newsletter coming out on the 1st.
  • Bulletin Insert - Submissions must be in by Tuesday at the end of the workday to be included in the insert for the coming Sunday.
  • Website - Please allow 3-4 days for your submission to be added to the website.
  • All submitted requests are pending approval from respective teams.
  • PLEASE LIMIT YOUR ANNOUNCEMENT TO 25 WORDS OR LESS, AND INCLUDE THE DATE, TIME AND LOCATION OF YOUR EVENT. If you would like more than 25 words, the Communications Department is more than happy to create a web page that your announcement can refer to. Email communications@foresthills.org with any additional content.
