A new series of Faith & Life Track sessions begins on October 22. Spend your Wednesday nights with us as we discover new ways to deepen our faith together. Choose from the following classes:
What Makes a Healthy Church?
Have you been to the doctor lately? We don't usually go unless we feel bad or injure ourselves. What about church? Can a church get sick? How does a church stay healthy so it can thrive and grow? Led by Neil Westbrook, this class will meet in the Dining Hall (October 22 - November 19).
Genealogy: A Gift for You and Your Children
Would you like to learn how to research and document your ancestry? Collect stories and memories from your family to share with your children and extended family? Led by Stephen Edwards, this class will explore these basics of genealogy (October 22 - November 19).
Would you like to learn to paint or create other art forms? Arty Party encourages participants to create original works of art in a fun environment! All levels of experience are welcome, and instruction is provided. Led by Jerry Hester, this class meets in the Shepherd Studio (Hood House) from 6:00-8:30 p.m.
The Children's Choir will begin rehearsing its Christmas musical on October 22 at 6 p.m. This year the Children's Choir will present "The Christmas Cupcake" on Wednesday December 17. All children grades K - 5 are welcome.
