Join us for our newest fitness class at Forest Hills, "The Complete Posture, Mobility, and Performance Program through FUNctionality! Each class will concentrate on posture, dynamic balance & mobility, the knee and shoulder movements to assist you for activities for daily living by teaching corrective techniques for stability and mobility.This hands on, 8 week, two-times-a-week training with practical steps will help you achieve long term, lasting results on how to train the body holistically. Class will meet from 7/31 - 9/21/17 (*No class on Labor Day 9/4) on Mon/Thurs 9:15 -10:15 am and Tues/Thurs 6:30-7:30 pm. Cost is $10 per class.

FHBC now has a fitness room for adults. Located in room E-254 we have a stationary bike, recumbent bike and stretching information. Soon we hope to have a treadmill or 2. The room is available for use the following hours: M-T-Th 9:30 am-4:00 pm, Wednesdays 9:30 am - 7:30 pm, and Fridays 9:30 am-12:30 pm. We hope you'll use #fhbcfitness on social media to share your fitness pics from both on and off the FHBC campus.
