FHBC now has a fitness room for adults. Located in room E-254 we have a stationary bike, recumbent bike and stretching information. Soon we hope to have a treadmill or 2. The room is available for use the following hours: M-T-Th 9:30 am-4:00 pm, Wednesdays 9:30 am - 7:30 pm, and Fridays 9:30 am-12:30 pm. We hope you'll use #fhbcfitness on social media to share your fitness pics from both on and off the FHBC campus.
