International Ministry

International Ministry Beach Retreat

Praise the Lord!  God provided, protected, and presented Himself during our beach trip!  Thank you for your donations of cookies, prayers, and support!  A huge THANKS to those who came along to serve and help make the trip such a success (Asad, Cristian, Glenda, Preston, Gwen, Jane, Beverly, Graham, Jerry, and Adrienne)!
Seventy-seven people from around the globe enjoyed Caswell, learning and contemplating how to find "Hope in the Midst of Life's Storms" by building their house on the Solid Rock.
Over the weekend there were authentic and meaningful conversations about life, God, and faith in Christ.  Relationships were established, and at least three people asked to know more about believing in God.
Thank you God for loving and providing.  We are excited about the follow-up and discipleship that is taking place now.  We need ESL teachers on Wednesday & Sundays, van drivers, conversation partners, and friendly Christian participants on our field trips and activities. If you are interested in serving with the International Ministry, just ask when!

"When Jesus had finished saying these things, the crowds were amazed at his teaching" Matthew 7:28

Rex Rehab Worship Service

For many years, a group of members from Forest Hills has provided a regular worship service for about a dozen people in Rex Rehab. The service is held two Thursdays a month at 3:00pm, for 30-45 minutes. There is no set lesson plan, so volunteers bring their own Bible knowledge, musical skills, or other talent to the service. If you would like to be involved in this opportunity to share God's love with those in need, please contact Pauline Wilder at 919-481-2623.
