Story Time With Sue

This summer, preschoolers and parents are invited to the church for a story and activity time. Each week, Sue Farr (the team leader for our church library) will read a story in the Gathering Place. Then we'll have a craft or activity, and a light snack. Our organized activities will last 30 or 40 minutes, but you're welcome to hang out in the Gathering Place or the church playground as long as you like. Feel free to bring a friend and make it a play date! For more information, email andrew@foresthills.org.

Way to Gogh!

Kindergartners-6th graders are invited to Way to Gogh, an art camp for children of all ability levels. Jerry Hester and her team will encourage children to discover their God-given gifts and creativity. Pick up a registration form in the literature racks, or at foresthills.org/artcamp. Saturday, July 25, 9:00-4:00, $30 per child.

G-Force Vacation Bible School

At G-Force Vacation Bible School, we'll learn that "in God we live, move, and exist" (Acts 17:28)! Kids will explore how to put their faith into action, how to fuel up, and how to move in and through life with God. We'll host VBS during the Sunday School hour (9:30am-10:45am) from June 14-August 16. If you can help with VBS, either by chaperoning kids or leading a 20 minute lesson, please signup at foresthills.org/vbs.

Youth Ministry

Faith And Film

This summer our teenagers will be watching films and discussing how they might intersect with our faith. Movies are so impactful, and they catch our attention while speaking into our lives. This summer we aim to take a movie, ask good questions about what we might learn from it, and how it might speak to us as people of faith.   Dates are June 28th, July 12th, August 2nd, and August 16th from 5pm-8pm.

Middle School Mission Trip

On Sunday, July 5th our middle schoolers will be heading to Fort Caswell for our Summer Mission Trip. We will be doing construction, children's ministry, Sr adult ministry, sports camps and many other projects. We are praying that God will use us this week to glorify his kingdom and do his work. Please be in prayer for us as well.

College Ministry

Adopt A College Student

Wouldn't it be nice to have a family away from home who is there to care, encourage, and support you during your time in college? With College Student Adoption at Forest Hills, you'll be carefully and thoughtfully placed with a family who will support and encourage you during your time in college.

Just think about it! Home-cooked meals, encouraging notes and text messages, spiritual mentorship, and the knowledge that a group of people here support you unconditionally!
