Garuna Edwards

Garuna is originally from Thailand and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Education Technology, along with certificates in phlebotomy and bio work. She first came to the United States in 2007 as an Au Pair, caring for a family with two young children. After that, she worked as a nanny for five years before deciding to stay home with her newborn daughter, Clara.

Garuna is happily married to Kevin, and they share their home with a sweet cat named Clementine. She first became involved with Connections Preschool when Clara was a student and began her journey as a teaching assistant after Clara graduated in 2022. Now, Clara is at Olds Elementary School, just across the street.

In her free time, Garuna loves gardening and finds great joy in watching children grow, learn, and thrive. She is excited to be part of the Connections Preschool family and feels blessed to contribute to such a wonderful, nurturing environment for children.
