Susan Gentry

One of Susan’s greatest joys in life is teaching children, and she has been fortunate to make it her career, both as an elementary school teacher and now as a preschool teacher here at Connections.

Originally from South Louisiana, the heart of Cajun country, Susan is a proud LSU Tigers fan who can cook a mean gumbo and loves celebrating Mardi Gras. She enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s working in her yard, playing with her dogs, or relaxing on her back deck with friends and family.

Susan and her husband, Bill, love to travel and are always seeking new places to explore. Their children, Alex and Sammi Jo, are busy young adults in college.

It’s a true pleasure for Susan to share God’s love through the Connections Preschool ministry, and she looks forward to meeting you and your child!
